How to request a return/refund
1. If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, please report it by email within 30 days of receipt. A detailed description, photos and/or video in the reporting email, cs@fabhairboutique.com, will help expedite the return/refund process.
2. Our customer service team will respond to you within 1 business day.
3. If you need to return an item, please follow our instructions for returning it and send us proof of return in the form of a tracking number and a valid returns receipt.
4. Once we receive the returned item, we will contact you and process an exchange or refund within 1 business day.
Returns
1. Please note that we do not provide shipping labels.
2. Please return your package by GLS or COLISSIMO flat rate shipping service. For your convenience, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will not issue return credit without proof of receipt and delivery. You may be responsible for paying return shipping costs, which must be prepaid.
Refunds
1. Refunds will be processed and automatically returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.
2. If the return is due to buyer’s responsibility (for example, did not like/want, ordered wrong product/wrong size), we can deduct about $20 from your refund as restocking/handling fees.
3. A $20 fee may also be charged for orders refused by the customer upon delivery or returned due to an “undeliverable” address.
Returnable Items
1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, uncut and unstyled (free of makeup, deodorant or wear stains) and accompanied by product packaging.
2. Incorrect items sent to us will be discarded upon receipt. We reserve the right to individually define, limit, reject and/or refuse the customer’s return at any time due to.
1) a history of irregular or excessive returns or worn, altered, washed, damaged or lost items, etc.
2) potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
In these cases, our team will contact you to discuss the situation and work with you to resolve the issue or determine whether we should refuse to continue service. While it is never our intention to turn away a customer, we must ensure the safety, well-being and comfort of all our customers around the world.
Cancelation
You can cancel/change your order before it is packed in our warehouse (2 hours after payment).
